Your Cuba Adventure

Cuba is a beautiful island nation located in the Caribbean Sea, just 90 miles south of Florida, USA. It has had a tumultuous history since its independence from Spain in 1902. Nowadays, Cuba is known for its vibrant culture, welcoming people, and striking landscapes.

Cuba’s tropical climate and stunning beaches make it a paradise for sun worshippers and beach bums alike. Most people flock to Varadero Beach on the northern shore of the island or to Cayo Coco for white sand, crystal-clear waters, and an abundance of marine life. In addition to these natural wonders, there are plenty of tourist attractions dotted across the island such as colonial architecture in Havana or Viñales Valley with its limestone escarpments.

Cuban culture is unique and vibrant. Music permeates every corner of the country - from son cubano to rumba - while colourful festivals are held throughout the year, celebrating everything from patron saints to Malecón pianos. Cubans are naturally warm and inviting people making it easy for visitors to get into the swing of things quickly.

Cuba’s cuisine is something special - flavourful dishes like ropa vieja (shredded beef), black beans & rice (Moros y Cristianos), tamales wrapped in banana leaves (tamal en cazuela) – all washed down with some authentic Cuban rum – make for a truly memorable dining experience.

No visit to Cuba would be complete without spending time drinking mojitos and smoking cigars with locals. As well as being plentiful around Havana's old town bars, you can treat yourself by visiting one of the world-famous cigar factories near Santiago de Cuba – home of world-renowned cigars like Cohiba or Montecristo.

There's something special about Cuba that needs to be experienced first hand - this jewel of the Caribbean is sure to capture your heart.
